APPLICATION:

The range is used for mercerizing the fabric of cotton & hemp blends, it can make the fabric to be beautiful color and good sheen, at the same time it can improve intensity and stability.

Process:

fabric feed frame →18 pairs thick alkali chainless mercerizing box→2 bowl high-efficiency squeeze→12.5 pairs Weak alkali stabilize mercerizing box→2 bowl high-efficiency squeeze→【steam washing box(5/6) →2-bowl padder】X8→steam washing box(5/6)→2 bowl high-efficiency squeezer→2x10 drying cylinder (dia.:800mm)→Fabric outlet
